Travis and Chelsea’s Terra Mia wedding was a true celebration. Chelsea’s joy was infectious, and it was so fun to witness their excitement. Chelsea and Travis had to postpone their wedding for one year due to Covid. They are both ER doctors. After a long year working during the pandemic, It was extra special for them to finally have all of their favorite people in one place for their wedding. Chelsea and Travis were my ideal clients. Photos were important to them, but celebrating with the people that mean the most to them was their main focus. I love being able to provide beautiful coverage of weddings days, without taking too much of my client’s time with their guests on their wedding day.
We plan ahead of time with their planner so we can optimize their timeline and add some buffer times in as well. We want your photography experience to compliment your wedding, not take away from it.
There were so many sweet moments like the bride and her father, and bride and bridesmaids doing first looks. Chelsea had her Grandmother’s antique brooch fixed to her bouquet. Their planner, Lisa Karcher did an amazing job. The Queen’s Bees did her hair and makeup. Flora and Fauna did the catering. Scout Rentals provided the beautiful rentals.
SeaBreeze Cupcakes provided the desserts. It may be controversial, but I don’t like cake. I know, I go to so many weddings that it really is a shame. However, I LOVE Seabreeze cupcakes. They are one of the only exceptions when it comes to cake for me. They have a cute little shop in the Creamery in Downtown San Luis Obispo. I highly suggest you check them out if you are in town or are looking for delicious desserts for your wedding.
The Lucky Devils band did a wonderful job keeping the dance floor full, and the guests kept the dance floor interesting!
We were able to sneak Chelsea and Travis out for a few minutes for sunset photos in the vineyard. This venue is so beautiful, and it’s so nice to be able to escape over to the vines for some golden hour magic.
At the end of the night they had In N Out brought in for a late night snack, which was a huge hit.
I hope you enjoyed a little sneak peak into this beautiful Terra Mia Wedding!
