This Elegant Villa San Juliette Elopement was so fun to photograph. Natalie and Dominique wanted an elegant but intimate wedding. They didn’t have any wedding party, and kept the guest list very small. Only their very close friends and family were in attendance making it feel extra special for everyone there.
While the guest list for the party was small, the people in attendance sure knew how to celebrate. Natalie, Dominique and their friends and family kept the dance floor going throughout the night and looked like they had a blast. We were able to sneak Natalie and Dominique out for some sunset photos later in the evening. Villa San Juliette’s side garden area looks so magical at golden hour. It’s one of my favorite places to photograph on the property. It looks good at other parts of the day as well, but something really pretty happens at sunset, with the vines in the background.
I try to be as efficient as I can with photos, so that the photography portion of your day isn’t taking up too much of your time. Planning for photos at sunset allows us to spent a bit less time on portraits during cocktail hour (depending on time change and the time of year), so you can spend more time with your guests.
Some of the wonderful vendors that made this day possible:
Lori Boe Florals provided the blooms. The venue is Villa San Juliette in San Miguel, California. This is one of my favorite venues on the Central Coast. It’s so beautiful. Mark Penny from Freestyle Event Services kept the dancing going throughout the night with his DJ services. Mistura Catering provided the delicious food.
