This Elegant White Barn wedding was Nestled in the heart of Edna Valley near San Luis Obispo, this venue offered the perfect backdrop for their modern wine country wedding.
A Soft, Dreamy Start
The morning began with a layer of fog blanketing the venue, creating soft, diffused lighting that transformed typically harsh midday spots into beautiful photo opportunities. The couple embraced the weather, and it set a romantic tone for their day.
As Lauren got ready with her wedding party, a heartfelt surprise from her mom added a personal touch to the morning. Inspired by their shared love for the movie My Best Friend’s Wedding, Lauren’s mom brought out lobster claws and led the room in a lively rendition of “I Say a Little Prayer for You,” leading to plenty of smiles and laughter.
Timeless Elegance and Jewish Traditions
Lauren and Dillon’s wedding was the perfect blend of modern elegance and meaningful tradition. Their black-tie affair featured a timeless color palette of black and white, accented by lush white roses. The ceremony took place beneath a beautiful chuppah. From the breaking of the glass to the spirited hora dance, their nods to tradition brought warmth and energy to the day.
The couple chose to do a first look, a decision that allowed them to spend more quality time together before the ceremony. This meant they could take photos with their wedding party and family in a relaxed setting, leaving them free to fully enjoy their cocktail hour with loved ones.

Following their heartfelt vows, Lauren and Dillon wasted no time diving into the celebration. They kicked off the festivities with a champagne tower immediately after the ceremony, setting a fun and celebratory tone for the reception.

Tami Bernard Makeup, and Rhonda Johnson created flawless looks for the bridal party. Finally, La Tavola Linens completed the sophisticated aesthetic with their beautiful linens.
